Subject specific experiences

Finding activities that align with the school subjects can be difficult, especially for International institutions. We devise a list of curriculum-focused outings that the group can find value in and enjoy!

• In our first conversation, we aim to capture what students are studying, what year group they’re in, and what outcomes the department needs.
• Every visit has a clear educational goal which can also be referenced internally!

Travel including airport transfers

Delivering the best service is key to us. This is why we have a solution for every stage of your trip. Not only do we arrange airport transfers direct to the chosen accommodation, but we also provide Oyster cards enabling travel on TFL services (Transport for London). Food can be arranged by us with a variety of partners, inclusive of varying dietary requirements.

By geography

Schools who book with us travel from across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America, and beyond.

We understand the potential barriers this may present. Varying flight times, currency and language considerations and travel documentation which may be required upon entering.

clock icon

By group size / trip duration

Most groups we've worked with range from 10-60 students, travelling for between two and seven days.

We can accommodate smaller groups for more "specialists" visits and larger cohorts where logistics allow.

Teacher icon

Teacher experience

Some of the teachers we work with have been organising trips to London for years and simply want someone to handle the operational side. Others are organising their first trip and need guidance across a variety of stages.

Both are equally welcome; we want to provide our services to and positively impact as many schools as possible.

Student Safety Pillars

The most important aspect of the trip. Please see our safety pillars below.

Risk assessments

Written risk assessments are conducted for every venue, route and activity in which any student may undertake. This is reviewed and shared with the school prior to departure.

Staff-to-students Ratios

We recommend and confirm prior to arrival that all trips are adhering to the recommended staff to student supervision protocols.

Safeguarding compliance

StudentsSeeLondon operates in line with safeguarding guidelines and all potential partners are vetted accordingly.

Emergency protocols

In the event of a student emergency, we have a documented response plan dependent on the type of emergency occurring. This includes the student profile containing health information, parent details and any other related historic events which could affect the outcome.

24/7 contactable details are also provided to parents. Accommodation partners’ health and safety protocols are also assessed to ensure complete alignment.
